Lab Code here

This page provides certain code our lab uses on regular bases to accomplish different tasks. Generally most of the code is in C. We do not encourage use of other languages because all lab employees, scientists and collaborators are familiar with C, but might not be familiar with other languages (even in spite of them being easier and providing certain advantages). Ideally, any C code provided here would be compiled using any ANSI C compiler. Larger libraries here are provided under the LGPL License while small codes segments are provided as an all-permissive freeware.
